8.Recent research progress and prospect of armour-piercing projectile in China
Abstract:The research advances in high denisity tungsten alloy strengthening techniques of alloying,rotaryswage,torsional deformation and hydrostatic extrusion are reviewed.The research status of the adiabtic shear mechanism and numerical simulation is also introduced.The latest research progress in special manufacturing techniques,including mechanical alloying for nanometer tungsten alloy composite powder,warm compaction and preoxided activation sintering,is introduced.Based on the analysis of some main problems existing in the development of high density tungsten alloy for armour-piercing projectile,the future research directions,tactics and measures are put forward.

我國穿甲彈用鎢合金研究的最新進(jìn)展與展望
摘要:綜合介紹了我國近年來對(duì)穿甲彈用高密度鎢合金實(shí)施添加微量元素合金化強(qiáng)化和旋轉(zhuǎn)鍛造、扭轉(zhuǎn)變形、靜液擠壓等形變強(qiáng)化的研究進(jìn)展,以及對(duì)于絕熱剪切機(jī)理和數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算的研究現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了機(jī)械合金化制備納米鎢合金復(fù)合粉末、溫壓成形及預(yù)氧化活化燒結(jié)等特種制備技術(shù)方面的最新試驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展。通過全面分析目前我國穿甲彈用高密度鎢合金試驗(yàn)研究中存在的一些主要問題,提出我國穿甲彈用高密度鎢合金今后研制的主攻方向,以及促進(jìn)高性能穿甲彈用鎢合金研制應(yīng)采取的策略與措施。

9.The Affect to Tungsten-base High-density Alloy's Micro Tussues and Functions of Nickel's Adding Way
Abstract:The paper studies 4 adding-ways for Ni added to W-base high-density alloy.The result indicates that Ni adds alloy with common reduction addiny way.The alloy has good activaced sintering action in liquid-phase sintering,reduces alloy's sintering timperature,crytaling grain is very small,which aviods forming fragile phase WNI4 between metal and has rather good physics mechanics functions.

鎳的添加方式對(duì)鎢基高比重合金顯微組織和性能的影響
摘要:對(duì)鎳加入到鎢基高比重合金中的四種方式進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,鎳以共還原法的方式加入,所得合金在液相燒結(jié)時(shí)的活化作用大,降低了合金的燒結(jié)溫度,鎢晶粒微細(xì),仿上了脆性相WNi4金屬間化合物的形成,同時(shí)合金具有較高的物理和力學(xué)性能。

10.Deformation Strengthening of High Density W-Ni-Fe Alloys
Abstract:The correlation among the degree reduction mechanical properties and microstructure of three W-Ni-Fe alloy with different W contents has been investigated in deformation strengthening process.
The experimental results showed that the strength and hardness of the deformed alloys invreased with degree of deformation.Moreover,the deformation strength-ening effect of the higher W content decreased as the deformation was higher than 15% and the W grains were ahangrated decreased as the deformation in the deformed alloys.The cleavage failur across W grains became the main mode of fracture and the slip bands emerger on the fracture face.The optimal temperature of vacuum annealing of vacuum annealing of deformed alloys,and the characteristics and mechanism of deformation of biphase W alloys have been discussed in this paper as well.

高比重W—Ni—Fe合金的變形強(qiáng)化
摘要:在三種鎢含量的W-Ni-Fe合金變形強(qiáng)化過程中,研究了變形量呵力學(xué)性能與顯微組織之間的關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著鎢合金變形量的增加,變形合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度亦增加,當(dāng)變形量超過15%后,高鎢含量合金的變形強(qiáng)化作用逐漸減小。在變形合金的顯微組織中,鎢顆粒沿棒料軸向明顯拉長,同時(shí)解理斷裂成為斷口的主要形式,并顯現(xiàn)出鎢合金斷面上的滑移帶。本文還討論了變形合金在真空下,最佳調(diào)質(zhì)退火溫度和兩相鎢合金的形變特點(diǎn)、變形機(jī)制等。

12. Structure/Property and Process of Tungsten Heavy Alloy
Abstract:In this paper,the structure/property relationshio in sintered tungsten heavy alloy is reotewed and the influences of tungsten grain size,contuguity,tungsten phase content structure unformity pore size and porosity impurtes segregation and second phase percipitation to interface on properties of the alloy are also mainly described.The microstructure and propertues could be improved through process.

高比重合金顯微組織,性能與工藝
摘要:闡述了高比重合金的顯微組織與性能的關(guān)系,著重討論了W晶粒大小、W顆粒鏈接度、W相含量、組織均勻性、孔隙大小、界面雜質(zhì)偏析與第二相析出等對(duì)合金性能的影響。通過工藝的改進(jìn)可以改變顯微結(jié)構(gòu),從而改進(jìn)合金的性能。
